Anti-Warping Top Stabilizer : Thin sheet substrates often lift or flex when moving at high speeds. This unit integrates an overhead soft-pressure tracking guide that smooths out the material right at the point of labeling, canceling out any structural flex or warp to secure a flawless flush alignment.
Multi-Axis Layout Adaptability : The mechanical winding routing and the labeling head assembly are completely re-imagined for zero-hassle operations. Operators can manipulate the dispensing alignment across 6 separate directional vectors , drastically slicing down setup times during quick product changeovers.
