The SKYONE-0066C-A Automatic Fully Automatic Single-Side + Round Bottle Positioning Labeling Machine adopts a tool-free modular design. The conveying guide rail, limit blocks, labeling head, and adhesive pressing rollers can all be manually adjusted continuously without disassembling the components. The switching between different bottle types and sizes can be completed within 3 minutes.

This SKYONE-0066C-A Automatic Fully Automatic Single-Side + Round Bottle Positioning Labeling Machine is suitable for single-side labeling of various bottles, including square bottles, flat bottles, special-shaped bottles and round bottles. It is equipped with the positioning labeling function for round bottles to realize accurate labeling at designated positions on round bottles. The machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygiene requirements of food, daily chemical, condiment and beverage industries.

Adopted with PLC touch control system and servo motor drive, together with label sensor and object detection sensor, it features stable labeling performance, high accuracy and easy adjustment. The conveyor guide rail can be flexibly adjusted to fit bottles of different sizes quickly without complicated modification when switching products. It is widely used for labeling juice bottles, olive oil bottles, sauce bottles, cold brew coffee bottles and other containers. It can work independently or be connected with filling production lines for inline production.
