Q2. Is the friction feeder included, or is it a separate attachment? A: This model is a fully integrated system. The automatic friction feeder is built into the desktop unit, allowing you to stack bags or cards and have them separated and labeled automatically without additional equipment.

Q3. What is the maximum thickness of the products it can feed? A: The standard feeder supports flat items with a thickness ranging from 0.2mm to 5mm. This includes most paper bags, PET pouches, cardstocks, and thick envelopes.

Q4. Can I use transparent labels with this machine? A: The standard configuration uses an opaque label sensor. However, if you use transparent labels, we can equip the machine with a specialized ultrasonic label sensor to ensure accurate gap detection and placement.
